Libido, or sex drive, is something that for most people comes and goes. Sometimes it’s strong, sometimes it’s not there.
But most of us want it to be strong. We want to have that urge to have sex. It’s an important part of being a man for many.
Libido is also (or can be) an indicator of your overall health condition. If your health is poor (you are overweight, smoke a lot, etc.) you are more likely to have a low libido.
And to turn this around, if you have a very low libido, it is often an indicator that your health is not optimal.
There are several reasons why your libido could be low, but here are 5 common reasons:
- You are overweight
