The 10-Week Step-By-Step Plan
Each of these 10 weeks aims at getting your body one step closer to functioning optimally.
Step 1 to overcome ED & boost libido is to stop porn, masturbation and anything sexual.
The next step is to eat healthier, take supplements and stop smoking, drinking and drugs.
Step 3 is to exercise sufficiently, both high & low intensity, and also do Kegel exercises.
