Can Nuts Help Cure ED?

By Johnathan P Cumberwell
We all know that it’s smart to eat healthily.
For a number of reasons, not just for sexual functions.
And we have all probably heard stories about certain that can improve ED. But is this really true?
The answer is yes.
And a recent study has confirmed that eating nuts can indeed improve erectile function.

This study was done on 83 men aged 18-35, who suffered from erectile dysfunction.
43 of the men were given 30 g of walnuts, 15 g of almonds, and 15 g of hazelnuts every day, while the control group was not given any nuts.
The experiment lasted for 14 weeks.
What was the outcome?
The nut consuming group reported a small increase in erectile functioning, and large increases in orgasmic function and sexual desire.
As a conclusion, I don’t think nuts by themselves can cure ED. But they can help sexual functions. And nuts are healthy, and should ideally be part of a healthy diet. I myself consume about 150 grams of nuts every day.
