Testosterone is the hormone which shapes male characteristics such as a deep voice, chest hair, broad shoulders, etc. It is also absolutely crucial for a man’s sexual health. Without testosterone, a man would not be able to get and keep erections and he would have very little interest in sex.

An interesting fact is that testosterone levels of the average man have declined over the last few years. The same is the case for the average man’s sperm quality.

Soybeans contain chemicals called phytoestrogens. These chemical mimics the body’s estrogen hormones. When the body thinks it has more estrogen, this can cause several challenges for the body.
