In fact, those with the ‘prudent’ diet had a 37% higher sperm count than those with the worst diet.
Shocking? Not really.. But very important news!
We now have a good datapoint indicating that a diet consisting of a large amount of processed food, sugar, salt and meat has a negative effect on your sperm levels.
