Supplements are a billion dollar industry. There are supplements for almost any condition.
Most of us have probably tried more than one. Maybe you took one this morning?
But do they work?
And more specifically, do supplements for erectile dysfunction actually work? Or is it all a scam?

Let’s look at what the researches say:
This study reviewed the 16 top over the counter supplements for erectile dysfunction, and also the top 16 over the counter supplements for testosterone.
These supplements contained a total of 37 different ingredients, and the study analyzed the efficacy of the individual components.
And did they work?
The research study found that 69% of ingredients in testosterone supplements, and 52% of ingredients in ED supplements, demonstrated positive effects. They found this by reviewing already existing randomized-controlled trials.
And 19% of ingredients received an A grade for strong positive evidence.
So what is the takeaway from this?
The takeaway is that supplements can work. They have potential to improve both testosterone and erectile dysfunction.
And I can say that for me, supplements have absolutely amazing effects.
But it is important to learn how to take them. It took me almost 10 years to figure this out. But with the knowledge I have today, supplements have opened doors to the sexual experience that I had no idea existed before.
