In the past, when a couple were not able to get pregnant, this was normally seen as a problem of the woman. It was thought to be a female defect.
But the woman is only half the story.
In 2017, it was discovered that the sperm count in men in the Western world had decreased by 50% in the last 40 years.
And this is not only affecting older men. In the US, 12% of men between 25 and 44 years are infertile.
Why? What is going on?
The answer: We don’t really know for sure.
But an interesting fact is that there have been a similar trend in testosterone levels over the last few decades. Are the two related?
There is a very good chance this is due to new foods, new products and new chemicals introduced into our lives over the last few decades, such as antibiotics, hormones, personal care and cleaning products, pollution, etc.
And it may also very well have to do with lifestyle changes such as less exercise, less sleep, a poor diet, etc.
To improve testosterone levels may only be part of the solution, but if you want to learn about how to increase testosterone levels naturally on Truelibido, please go here.
