In these posts I typically write about sexual matters relating to men.
However, in this post let’s address women. And more specifically women that have become mothers.
How is their sex drive? Do they masturbate? How does childbirth impact their sex-lives?
To learn more about this, Scary Mommy conducted a survey on these topics that involved 436 mothers.
The women were from the US, and included a variety of ethnicities, backgrounds, sexual orientations and identities.
Here are some of the results from the survey:
76% of the moms said their sex drive was stronger than their partner’s.
57% of moms masturbated at least once a month, and 28% said they watched pornography at least once a month.
56% of the moms said they used sex toys.
83% of the moms said that having a child significantly impacted their sex-life.
And 43% of the moms with small babies said they had sex at least once a week, while 71% said they wanted to have sex at least once a week.
So in conclusion, woman do not stop having or craving sex after becoming mothers.
Please be kind to the mothers of the world!
