Brits are having less and less sex according to surveys and studies.
But why? Why are the people of Britain (btw, this is probably not just the case in the UK) less intimate with each other?
In fact, only 41% of Brits have sex once a week.
30% did not have sex in the last month.
And it’s married (or people living together) that are above 25 years whose sex lives have tapered off the most compared to the past.
These findings are based on a survey involving more than 34,000 men and women aged 16-44.
Not only are Britons having less sex than before, but there has been a gradual decline for the last 20 years.
Why is this happening?
The researchers suggested that the reason is the ‘pace of modern life’.
In other words, Brits are seemingly too busy with the demands of life such as work, family, responsibilities, etc. to find time for sex.
