More Cardio = Less ED In Men And Better Orgasms In Women

We already knew from several research studies that exercise is good for you, and that it can significantly reduce occurrence of erectile dysfunction.

But it has now been confirmed again in a new study.

This research study analyzed 3,906 men and 2,264 women who biked, swam, or ran for exercise.

The men and women came from several countries including the United States, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

And the average age of the participants was above 40 years.

The researches found that men who exercised enough to burn more than 8,260 each week, had a 22% less chance of erectile dysfunction compared to men who burned fewer calories.

Exercise and Libido

The study also found that women who exercised more than average, were more satisfied with their orgasms, as well as getting aroused more easily.

Another key point the study found was that it didn’t matter what kind of exercise the participants did, whether they biked, ran, or swam. All produced favorable results for sexual health.
