Although this is not news, I still wanted to post about this because yet another study has confirmed this:
If you have erectile dysfunction, you are significantly more likely to also get a heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular problems.
Needless to say, this is not a good thing for people with erectile dysfunction. However, the good news is that now you are armed with the knowledge, and you can take steps to reduce the chances of having to deal with these problems.
The study, which was performed on 1,900 men between the ages of 60 and 78, reported that men who had ED were twice as likely to suffer from heart attacks, strokes and other cardiovascular problems, than those that did not have ED.
What is the link between erectile dysfunction and heart problems? Does one cause the other?
Both erectile dysfunction and heart problems often (but not always) have the same cause: an unhealthy lifestyle.
Which means that most men can substantially reduce the risk of both by living healthier.
