Kegel exercises (or pelvic floor exercises) can help men overcome their erectile dysfunction. It can also help men who suffer from premature ejeaculation.
What are Kegel exercises?
Kegel exercises are exercises you can do to your pelvic floor muscles, or the muscles in and around your penis and anus.
How do you do Kegel exercises?
You squeeze and then relax these muscles. For instance you could do 10 short but hard squeezes each lasting for about 2 seconds. Then do 10 more and 10 more. This would be a decent workout every day.
Many men exercise every day to achieve excellent physical health. But almost none of us men exercise our penis muscles. It’s time we put this on the agenda.
A recent research study on 650 men performing Kegel exercises, found that 47% of the men practicing these exercises saw an improvement in their ED condition.
For premature ejaculation, the results were even more impressive: 83% of the men practicing Kegel exercises noticed improvements.
