Does Going Vegan Boost Erections?

You are what you eat!

Meaning, eating healthy will do you good. It will make your body to run on the right fuels and enable your body to grow and maintain itself with the right building materials.

And it will also make you function better sexually.

But what is the right diet? A normal balanced diet? Vegetarian? Vegan? Paleo?

The Netflix documentary, “The Game Changers” (produced by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, and James Cameron) puts the spotlight on the link between athletic performance (and health) and what we eat.

It found that a vegan diet can have a large positive impact on both health and athletic performance.

But not only that..

One scene investigated the nocturnal erections of three athletes and their diet.

It found that eating plant based (vegan) lead to significantly longer and stronger nocturnal erections, than the athletes had when eating their normal foods.

3 men is a small sample and it was not a controlled study, therefore one should not yet draw too firm conclusions.

However, it is yet another interesting data point that what you eat is incredibly important for your sexual performance.

The takeaway?

If you want to function well sexually, you would be smart to eat healthy. Very healthy.
