Well, its normal. Unfortunately.
Many men, particularly middle-aged men and above, have little desire left for sex. Libido is gone. It’s not anymore what it used to be.
And there are many reasons for this.
One key reason for a low sex-drive is our testosterone levels. Research has shown that our testosterone production has fallen dramatically over the last 50 years.
Another key reason is our lifestyle. We tend to stress too much, sleep to little, eat unhealthily, not exercise enough, drink, smoke, do drugs, live in polluted cities, have mental conditions, etc. All of which can reduce our desire for sex.
In fact, the two points above (testosterone and lifestyle) are related, as many of the lifestyle issues can and will cause testosterone levels to drop.
Having no or very little sex is ok. But having more sex is good. Sex is healthy, sex promotes well-being and happiness.
So how can you get your sexual desire back? You normally need to get back to the basics, to get your body back in balance. It can be done in the same was you can overcome erectile dysfunction.
